Advertise with the Shire of York: 2025 York Visitor Brochure

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The completed booking form for visitor brochure advertising must be received by the York VisitorCentre, 81 Avon Tce, York, or emailed to info@york.wa.gov.au prior to COB MONDAY 2DECEMBER 2024.
2. 2. Content for the York Visitor Brochure must also be received by the York Visitor Centre prior toCOB MONDAY 13 JANUARY 2025 or it may not be included in the 2025 reprint.
   a. Advertisements need to be submitted by the business in full colour (if applicable) and ina high-resolution PDF format by the closing date.
   b. All images used for digital advertising need to be submitted by the business in a highresolution jpeg format by the closing date.
3. 3. A tax invoice will be issued on receipt of a completed booking form.
4. 4. Payment in full utilising one of the methods detailed below is required prior to COB MONDAY 13JANUARY 2025.

   Payments for cash and EFTPOS can be made in person Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm at the Shire Administration Office located at 1 Joaquina St, York.
5. 5. Failure to pay by the due date will exclude your advertisement from the 2025 Visitor Brochureprint production.
6. 6. One round of edits is included for all paid advertising. If no business listing edits are received, YorkVisitor Centre assume no changes are required prior to 2025 print production.
7. 7. Advertising spaces will be allocated on receipt of payment until all spaces are filled.
8. 8. The York Visitor Centre reserves the right to amend, refuse or withdraw content in the York VisitorBrochure.
9. 9. No responsibility will be accepted where advertising/publication is delayed or prevented byfactors beyond the control of the York Visitor Centre.
10. 10. It is the responsibility of tourism businesses to ensure existing content in the Visitor brochure iscurrent.
11. 11. Preferred advertising placement is offered as a first in, first served option.
12. 12. Business listings on the visit.york.wa.gov.au website will be updated (e.g. amendments to openingtimes) once per annum, in addition to when original content is uploaded.
13. 13. Images to be included in the monthly image rotators must be emailed to info@york.wa.gov.au 14days prior to the selected month. The image rotators require a high-resolution image with therecommended dimensions of 1920px (w) x 892px (h). If no image is supplied by the business, theYork Visitor Centre will utilize an existing image.
14. 14. The York Visitor Centre and Shire of York will work to limit any website downtime due to technicalerrors, however will not be held responsible, or provide any refunds, damage costs or expenseclaims, as a result.
