The York Society is proud to host the annual York Art and Craft Awards again in 2023. In acknowledgement of the 50th Anniversary of the York Society's involvement with the arts in York, they have created a special theme, Good as Gold'. Judges will be selecting the best work in any category depicting the 'Good as Gold' theme, this additional prize is worth $500.
The awards will be held over 9 days from Saturday 07 October – Sunday 15 October in the historic York Town Hall.
Entries open on Tuesday 20 June, until that time information on this site may still be being modified.
Entries close on 12 September 2023 at 5pm.
If you are a maker booking a stall please note that you must be available for the Evening Preview on Friday 06 October from 5pm (set up from 3pm) and the Opening Day on Saturday 07 October 10-4pm.
