WAGE Round 7 - Mt Brown, York

The largest number of competitors of the three Mountain Bike events across August in York, with an estimated 250 riders to compete throughout Sunday's competition. The main trail head offers riders (and spectators) panoramic views of the York townsite and neighbouring farmlands which is always a spectacle. Riders can enjoy an easy road climb, short pushup and well connected firetracks leading to the top carpark.

Visitors Note - Access between Wongborel / Picnic area and the summit will be reduced to pedestrian access (closed to vehicles) during competition.
Limited parking and an increase in visitors and vehicle traffic on Pioneer & Steere Road is also anticipated throughout the event weekend.
Normal road rules apply to all cyclists utilising the roads to transfer from York to Wongborel, however, an increase in cyclists along Lowe St, Glebe bridge and its immediate surrounding areas on Sunday 7 August is anticipated.
WA Gravity Enduro acknowledge this race is held on the traditional lands of the Ballardong people of the Noongar nation and respectfully acknowledge Elders past, present and emerging.
