Terms & Conditions – York Visitor Brochure Advertising

To secure your advertising space in the 2026 York Visitor Brochure, please ensure the completed booking form is received by the York Visitor Centre (81 Avon Terrace, York) or emailed to info@york.wa.gov.au by 4:00pm, Friday 5 December 2025.

1. Content Submission

• Final content must be received by 4:00 pm, Friday 12 December 2025. Content received after this date will be excluded from the 2026 brochure.
• Image requirements:
  • For print: Full colour, high-resolution PDF
  • For digital: High-resolution JPEG
  • All images must be supplied by the business by the deadline.

2. Invoicing & Payment

• A tax invoice will be issued once your booking form has been received.
• Full payment is required upon receipt of the invoice.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Cheque: Payable to Shire of York.
• Credit Card (by phone): Call York Visitor Centre on (08) 9641 1301.
• Direct Deposit:
  • Bank: Bendigo
  • BSB: 633–000
  • Account: 118 630 623

• Reference: Your invoice number and business name
• In Person: Cash or EFTPOS payments can be made Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm at the Shire Administration Office, 1 Joaquina St, York.

Important: Failure to make payment by the due date will result in your advertisement being excluded from the 2026 brochure.

3. Edits & Content Approval

• One round of edits is included for all paid advertisements.
• If no edits are received by the deadline, it will be assumed that your content is final.
• Advertising space is at the discretion of the York Visitor Centre.
• The York Visitor Centre reserves the right to amend, refuse, or remove any content.

4. Content Responsibility

• Businesses are responsible for ensuring their content is accurate and up to date.
• Businesses are responsible for providing their own brochures for the racking space should they wish to make use of it. *Premium and Enhanced advertisers only*

5. Monthly Image Rotators

• To feature in the monthly website image rotator (Enhanced and Premium Listings only), please email images to info@york.wa.gov.au at least 14 days before your selected month.
• Recommended image size: 1920px (w) × 892px (h).

6. Technical & Other Conditions

• While the York Visitor Centre and Shire of York work to minimise website downtime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
• No refunds, compensation, or damage claims will be provided for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control.
