York Sound Healing Session

A relaxing Sound healing session on:

Sunday 11th August 2024. 1pm - 2pm. Cost $30.

Sound healing is an ancient, powerful and holistic therapy that is based on sound, frequency and vibrations which affect the body on a deep cellular level and beyond. The sounds, frequencies and vibrations induce a state of calm and relaxation, bringing the body into harmony and balance.

Benefits are: better sleep, balances circadian rhythm, reduces stress and induces relaxation, balance left and right brain hemisphere, clarity of mind, eases pain and tension, boosts immune system, detoxifies the body on a cellular level, aids with anxiety, worries, depression and balances mood... to name a few.

What to bring:
Pillow, blanket, Yoga mat, water, (socks, eye pillow)
