Avon Park RV Site Relocation to Janet Millet Lane 

From 1 October 2019, power will no longer be available at Avon Park Recreational Vehicle (RV) rest stop.

From 1 November 2019, the Avon Park RV rest stop will be decommissioned with RV parking relocated to Janet Millet Lane RV park (opposite side of the river).

The Janet Millet Lane RV rest stop is unpowered with no ablution facilities. RVs must be fully self contained to utilise the area.

FREE 24hr RV site at Avon Park, Lowe Street

Close to Avon Terrace the Avon Park RV (Recreational Vehicle) Friendly site is located behind the IGA, down near the Avon River.

An RV waste water Dump Point is also available at this site.

There is availability for a limited number of self-contained RV's to park at Avon Park, for free, for a 24 hour period. There is also a Dump Point available at Avon Park.

Fresh water is available, FREE gas BBQs with shaded picnic areas. This area is close to shopping amenities and our famous Swinging Bridge. If you would like to stay longer, there are two caravan parks in the York area.

(11km south of York on the way to Beverley)

Offering a bush experience Gwambygine Park offers toilet facilities, free gas BBQ and picnic areas.
