York Wildflowers and Canola

During wildflower season, information on the best spots to experience York's beautiful wildflowers is available at the York Visitor Centre.

York's Bushland Garden, just a short walk from Avon Terrace (corner of Ford Street and Grey Street), displays a wide range of Wheatbelt plants and wildflowers.  Download the brochure below or ask staff at the Visitor Centre to point you in the right direction.

York welcomes visitors to enjoy the stunning display of yellow canola fields but please remember:

  • Stay out of crops
  • Park vehicles safely
  • Respect private properties
