Busy time is here with events kicking off and wildflowers and canola starting to flower!

In an effort to manage visitors wishing to view canola crops, York Visitor Centre is communicating the following key messages to Visitors this canola flowering season:

  • Look, Photograph, Enjoy – but please do not enter
  • Stay out of Crops
  • Park Vehicles Safely
  • Respect Private Properties

The Visitor Centre has included these key messages across a range of DL flyers (click here to view or see attached), A3 posters and corflute signs, with Mandarin, Japanese and Korean translations.

Flyers and posters are available from the Centre for collection by businesses.

Corflute signage is also available for canola farmers wishing to display these key messages at their properties.

The York Visitor Centre acknowledge some businesses are growing canola for tourism and encourage these businesses to contact the Centre if they would like to promote visitors to these locations.
